You will report to senior leadership, work across regional and functional boundaries, and travel up to 30% to engage with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or engineering.
• 13+ years of operations experience in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years in consulting.
• MBA is preferred for strategic leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex operations problems by forming robust hypotheses with business-unit teams.
• Develop strategies and approaches to execute complex operational projects.
• Support development of a robust strategic plan and governance processes.
• Benchmark markets, trends, and competitors to guide operations improvements.
• Create analytical models and translate results into clear strategic stories.
• Lead fact-based creation and communication of key deliverables.
• Develop playbooks and maturity models to standardize best practices.
