Job summary

The role emphasizes interfaces, data transfers, and cross-functional collaboration with infrastructure teams and external vendors to ensure reliable, secure enterprise services.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in IAM/UAM, systems integration, and hosting environments, along with strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• Experience in application support, administration, or IT operations.
• Experience with IS applications architecture and governance.
• Knowledge of IAM and UAM.
• Understanding of system integrations, interfaces, APIs, and data transfer processes.
• Familiarity with hosting environments and networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Architect, support and administer technical business applications and related services.
• Design and manage IAM and UAM processes, including onboarding, access requests and role management.
• Architect, configure and support interfaces, integrations, and data transfers between systems.
• Contribute to application implementation, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
• Investigate and resolve application, connectivity, and access-related issues.
• Collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
