Job summary

Outokumpu Oyj in Katowice is seeking an IAM Application Support Specialist to strengthen our IT team. You will provide 2nd/3rd line support for IAM applications, manage tickets, and ensure secure access across business systems.

You\'ll configure provisioning, document procedures, work with AD, Microsoft Entra ID, and ensure compliance with security standards. Fluent English and collaboration with IT and vendors are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 2+ years in IT support, application support, IAM, or related technical roles
• Basic understanding of IAM concepts, user lifecycle management, and access governance
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and application integrations
• Experience with ITSM processes and troubleshooting user access issues
• Understanding of security principles such as least privilege and segregation of duties
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with fluent English

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for IAM applications and manage ITSM tickets
