Job summary

This Position reports to: Global IS Dept. Manager, Data Analytics

You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.

Your responsibilities

• Architect, support and administer technical business applications and related services.
• Design and manage IAM - Identity and Access Management and UAM - User Access Management processes, including user onboarding, access requests, and role management for relevant applications.
• Architect, Configure and support interfaces, integrations, and data transfers between systems.
• Contribute to application implementation, upgrades, and infrastructure-related projects.
• Investigate and resolve application, connectivity, and access-related issues.
• Collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in application support, administration, or IT operations.
• Experience with IS applications architecture and overall architecture governance.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and User Access Management (UAM).
• Understanding of system integrations, interfaces, APIs, and data transfer processes.
