ABB in Kraków, Poland, is seeking an Applications and Architecture Specialist. This on-site, full-time role focuses on designing and supporting critical business applications, IAM/UAM processes, and system interfaces.

Join a global robotics leader to work with cross-functional teams, contribute to data analytics initiatives, and influence enterprise technology decisions across borders. The position reports to the Global IS Dept.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support, administration, or IT operations.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and User Access Management (UAM).
• Understanding of system integrations, interfaces, APIs, and data transfer processes.
• Familiarity with hosting environments and networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Architect, support and administer technical business applications and related services.
• Design and manage IAM - Identity and Access Management and UAM - User Access Management processes, including user onboarding, access requests, and role management for relevant applications
• Architect, Configure and support interfaces, integrations, and data transfers between systems.
• Contribute to application implementation, upgrades, and infrastructure-related projects.
• Investigate and resolve application, connectivity, and access-related issues.
• Collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
