Job summary

Stryker in Warsaw seeks a Manager, Performance Measurement for Global Invoice to Pay (I2P) and Master Data (MD). This front‑office analytics leader converts performance data into decision‑ready insights through storytelling, UX, and KPI governance, owning analytics demand and a portfolio of dashboards.

You will collaborate with Finance Operations and Analytics Infrastructure to shape KPI intent, interpret results, and embed insights into global processes, driving action and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; CPA or MBA desirable.
• 8+ years of experience in I2P / Accounts Payable / Finance Operations or related roles.
• Strong finance and business acumen with deep I2P/MD knowledge.
• Analytical thinking; translate questions into scalable KPIs and insights.
• Proficient in Power BI UX design, storytelling and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI governance from intent to targets to interpretation and cataloguing.
• Own I2P and MD insight delivery and ensure decision readiness for front‑office.
• Lead dashboard UX, narrative, and portfolio ownership across dashboards.
• Partner with Analytics Infrastructure on build requirements and SLAs.
• Support post‑production monitoring and remediation with business context.
