• Background in software/data engineering with SQL and data fluency.
• Hands-on data solutions on cloud platforms (Databricks/AWS/Snowflake).
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply data & AI to commercial challenges.
• Own end-to-end delivery of data & AI solutions for commercial needs.
• Use Claude Code/Cowork to deliver insights on data foundations.
• Promote AI & GenAI capabilities to raise organizational maturity.
• Monitor deployed solutions and drive enhancements for impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Europe.
