Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Manager, Performance Measurement – Global Invoice to Pay (I2P) and Master Data (MD) to lead front‑office analytics, turning data into decision‑ready insights through storytelling, UX design, and disciplined KPI governance.

You will own KPI intake, define intent and targets, and oversee the I2P and MD dashboard portfolio. Collaborate with stakeholders and Analytics Infrastructure to embed insights into Global Finance Operations and drive action, not just reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA or MBA desired.
• 8+ years of experience in I2P / Accounts Payable / Finance Operations or related area.
• Strong finance acumen with deep understanding of I2P and MD impacts on performance outcomes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem framing; translate ambiguous questions into scalable insights and KPIs.
• Power BI UX design, storytelling, and interpretation; decision-focused dashboard design.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI governance with stakeholders: define intent, targets, interpretation; support prioritization decisions for enhancements vs. insight-only requests.
• Own I2P and MD insight delivery and decision readiness (front-office). Translate questions into clear analytical problem statements and decision needs.
• Lead dashboard UX, narrative, and storytelling; curate portfolio, standardize dashboards, retire low-value ones to reduce noise.
• Partner with Analytics Infrastructure to provide clear UX requirements, data model needs, KPI logic, and reconciliation expectations; support post-production monitoring.
