Job summary

Opella is seeking a Customer Performance Manager in Warsaw to drive customer growth and improve business performance by turning data into actionable strategies. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to develop growth initiatives and optimize promotional effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial analytics, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations while collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a commercial, finance, or analytics role including sales analytics or category management.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of P&L drivers and revenue growth.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.
• Ability to translate data and financial insights into strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
• Interest in Revenue Growth Management, pricing, promotions, and commercial strategy with business impact.

Responsibilities

• Shape customer growth strategies by analyzing performance and market data.
• Develop Joint Business Plans with customers in Poland and translate ambitions into growth initiatives.
• Assess promotional effectiveness and ROI to improve activation and impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to craft customer/channel strategies.
• Lead Revenue Growth Management initiatives using insights on revenue, pricing and mix.
• Create financial analyses and scenario models to support strategic decisions.
• Act as a strategic partner to Key Account Managers and stakeholders.
