Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Global Account HSSE Manager based in Warsaw to own health, safety, security and environment for a major client account. You will sit on the Integrated Facilities Management Global HSSE leadership team and advise senior stakeholders across regions, shaping a strong safety culture.

You will lead regional HSSE teams, drive compliance to Global Risk Control Standards, and report on account KPIs and KRIs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in HSSE management within operating environments, ideally for corporate clients.
• Recognised professional HSSE qualifications and memberships.
• Strong experience developing, implementing and auditing management systems.
• Deep understanding of HSSE regulatory environments across major markets.
• Experience rolling out HSSE technology platforms and data tools.
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse, multi‑cultural teams in a matrix organisation.
• Practical knowledge of managing risk across multi‑site real estate portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into operational HSSE objectives for the account and align with safety initiatives.
• Lead regional HSSE teams to deliver consistent management and ensure compliance.
• Champion a culture of safety with a clear, account-wide communication plan.
• Advise leaders on HSSE risk and regulatory changes affecting service delivery.
• Ensure risk assessments meet legal requirements and lead incident investigations.
• Oversee HSSE controls, training, and assurance activity for continuous improvement.
• Set and drive HSSE standards for contractors and supply chain vendors.
