Job summary

Wärtsilä Corporation seeks a seasoned Global Program Manager to lead the Time & Payroll Transformation across multiple countries and vendors. You will own end-to-end delivery, drive governance, and ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget execution while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

The role requires senior-level program management experience in HRIS/HR domains, with strong collaboration across HR, IT and Finance functions. Flexible location within Europe is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level program management experience across multi-country, multi-vendor programs.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive-level engagement.
• Experience with HRIS, Time and Payroll ecosystems and enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of program/project methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe) and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery of Global HR Time & Payroll Transformation.
• Lead cross-country, multi-vendor delivery and governance structures.
• Maintain overall program plan, milestones, dependencies and budget.
• Engage senior HR, IT, Finance and business stakeholders to secure decisions.
