Job summary

You will ensure accurate HR data and provide timely responses to employee inquiries. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across time zones while engaging with global partners in English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist, analyst or operations role.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global partners across various time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Review and approve HR initiated processes in Workday and audit data for accuracy.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage contracts, hire data, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Employee Support: Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries and provide timely information.
• Benefits and Payroll Administration: Assist with benefits programs and payroll data accuracy.
