Job summary

Bacardi-Martini Polska Sp. z.o.o. is seeking an HR Admin specialist to support the Primo Experience Team with HR administration across the globe. You will partner with global and local stakeholders to deliver accurate HR services with a focus on payroll data and processes.

In this role, you will use Workday and contribute to compensation reporting, onboarding, and data integrity while collaborating with payroll and recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery across geographies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll, HR Shared Services, or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, payroll, or HR operations activities.
• Knowledge of Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR administrative service across the employee lifecycle with accuracy and timeliness.
• Input all relevant data in Workday to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and consolidate data for monthly payroll processes.
• Generate and share compensation reports with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Partner with HR stakeholders globally to provide guidance on processes, systems, and policies.
