Job summary

Arche Consulting in Kraków is expanding its Global HR Services team to deliver learning and development support across international business units. You will coordinate classroom and digital training programs, guide employees and managers on core HR policies, and ensure smooth training administration with data management and reporting.

The role requires English fluency plus Finnish and Spanish at B2 level, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in global HR operations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, Finnish at least B2 and Spanish at least B2.
• Genuine interest in HR and eagerness to learn how it operates in a global company.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid organizational abilities, with the comfort of working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support employee growth and development by coordinating engaging classroom and digital training programs.
• Guide employees and managers on core HR processes and policies.
• Ensure a smooth learning experience through training administration, stakeholder communication, HR system data management, reporting, and invoice verification.
