Dyson Institute is seeking an Administrator to deliver advanced HR support and transactional processing in Poland. You will help develop team capability, drive process improvement, and ensure accurate HR data management.

Key duties include answering employee queries, lifecycle transaction handling, payroll validation support, and collaboration with the People Function to resolve standard cases. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is essential for daily guidance and reporting.
• Experience in Employee Administration for the country market is required.
• Solid understanding of local labor law is essential.
• Experience with Global HR Shared Services is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide HR support.
• Manage transactional activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide HR advice in line with local labor laws with the People Function Team.
• Ensure timely communication and maintain documentation up to date.
• Support process improvements and local projects; participate in payroll validation.
