Job summary

Strada Poland Sp Zoo is seeking an HR/Benefits Administrator to manage HR and benefits for employees across the EMEA region, with a focus on the German-speaking area. You will handle data entry, issue resolution, and collaboration with clients to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements include 3+ years in HR/Benefits or payroll, fluent English and German (C1), strong analytics, and excellent MS Office/Excel skills. Remote work options available within Strada’s global model.

Qualifications

• German language at C1 level required.
• 3+ years experience in Benefits/HR Administration/Payroll.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR/benefits administration for client employees in EMEA, German-speaking region.
• Enter HR/benefits data and resolve cases in the system.
• Collaborate with clients to address service requests or escalated issues.
• Coordinate with colleagues, providers, and client contacts to ensure smooth delivery.
• Generate reports and utilize data tools to meet plan rules and resolve issues.
