Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and Excel; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.

• Be responsible for benefits administration for employees in the EMEA region.
• Resolve cases and enter benefits data in the system.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve requests related to services or escalated employee issues.
