Job summary

Strada is seeking an HR/Benefits Administration specialist to support employees in the EMEA, focusing on the German-speaking market. The role involves resolving HR data cases, collaborating with clients, and ensuring smooth delivery of HR processes.

You will work hybrid in Cracow or remotely as location allows, with exposure to advanced Excel tools and SAP/Benifex systems. A strong client focus and proactive, analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• English Language – C1 Level is required.
• German Language – C1 Level is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration/HR Administration/Payroll area supporting German speaking market.
• Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to details.
• Good understanding of delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Experience with MS Office; MS Excel is essential.
• Working experience in SAP HR or Benifex would be an asset.
• High level of self-motivation and proactivity.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for HR/benefits administration for client’s employees in EMEA, German-speaking region.
• Resolve cases and enter HR/benefits data in the system.
• Collaborate with the client to resolve service or employee issues.
• Work daily with Strada colleagues, providers, and client contacts to ensure delivery.
• Process reports using data extraction tools to meet client rules.
• Work with Excel calculation sheets.
• Analyze system data to identify gaps and root causes.
• Execute test plans to ensure client plan rules meet specs.
• Contribute to process design and technology capabilities for HR/benefits.
• Propose creative solutions to improve client delivery and efficiency.
• Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing as required.
• Oversee and coach others on specific projects or processes.
• Lead projects using standard project management disciplines.
• Participate in Process Transition from Client to Strada office as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the HR/benefits administration for client’s employees located in EMEA, German speaking region
• Resolve cases and enter HR/benefits data in the system for our client’s employees
• Collaborate with the client to resolve requests they may have related to a service or an escalated employee issue
• Work daily with other Strada Colleagues, third-party providers, and client contacts to ensure seamless process delivery for our clients’ employees
• Process reports utilizing various data extraction tools to meet client plan rules and/or resolve issues.
• Work with Excel Calculation sheets
• Problem solving issues by analyzing system data to determine gaps in functionality as compared to client plan rules to arrive at the true root cause of an issue.
• Demonstrate quality assurance fundamentals by executing test plans to ensure client plan rules meet systematic specifications
• Provide input in the process design and technology capabilities to ensure optimal process support from a HR process/benefits perspective
• Provide creative solutions to continuously improve and optimize client delivery
• Participate in system testing during Internal Acceptance Testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing, as required
• Opportunity to oversee and coach others with regards to a specific project and/or process
• Contribute to and leads projects utilizing standard project management disciplines
• Take an active part in Process Transition from Client to Strada office, as required.

Requirements

• English Language – C1 Level is required (CEFR scale or equivalent)
• German Language – C1 level is required (CEFR scale or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration/HR Administration/Payroll area supporting German speaking market
• Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to details
• Good understanding of delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Understands the project life cycle and deployment governance
• High level exposure in fast paced environment
• Experience in MS Office is a must
• Very Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Working experience in Benifex or SAP HR system would be an asset
• High level of self-motivation and proactivity is required
