Job summary

Capri Sun Group in Warsaw, Poland, seeks an HR Controlling & Reporting Specialist to join the global HR team. You will design and monitor HR metrics, support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for senior management, and ensure data quality across HR processes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in HR controlling in international environments, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR Controlling in an international setting.
• Experience in HR analytics, workforce planning and KPI reporting.
• Strong command of financial concepts and data interpretation.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR metrics to monitor workforce trends and cost.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for HR.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports for leadership and audits.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Assist cross-functional projects and improve HR processes.
