Job summary

Aptiv is hiring a GBS leader to build and scale our global shared services model, partnering with business units to transition services into GBS, define a scalable service catalogue, and design an efficient delivery framework.

This executive role leads the Process Excellence, Automation, and Transition team, manages a portfolio across Finance, HR, IT, and procurement, and ensures ROI through standardized, data-driven value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in transformation, strategy, and operations.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Experience managing large-scale programs in matrixed environments.
• Expertise in Service Development, Shared Services Design, or equivalent methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise GBS service development and transition roadmap.
• Lead a portfolio of global service transitions across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and other enterprise functions.
• Establish and govern a comprehensive GBS performance management framework (KPIs, SLAs, CX metrics).
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure integrated, scalable service design and delivery.
• Co-lead the design of digitally enabled business services and AI-enabled delivery.
