Job summary

ICG in Warsaw seeks an Associate, Compliance to join the Fund Registration team within Marketing Compliance. You will help manage cross-border fund registrations, advise on distribution requirements, and coordinate with Legal, Sales, Client Reporting and external counsel.

Based in Warsaw, you will support European and Asian fund distribution, monitor regulatory developments, and contribute to process improvements across fund registration and distribution oversight.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or similar; experience in financial services regulatory/compliance projects.
• Ability to analyse complex regulatory requirements and translate into practical guidance.
• Excellent command of professional English, strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-border fund registrations and related filings for EU- and US-managed funds across Europe and Asia, including South Korea and Japan.
• Analyse cross-border distribution and private placement rules and provide practical guidance on registrations, licensing and routes to market.
• Coordinate marketing and pre-marketing registrations with Fund Legal, Client Relations, external counsel and governance bodies.
• Assist in due diligence and ongoing oversight of distributors and marketing counterparties with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to streamlining and improving processes across Fund Registration and Distribution Oversight.
• Maintain the Fund Marketing Registration Tracker ensuring statuses and jurisdictions are up to date.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting fund distribution and support required changes.
• Provide broader Marketing Compliance support as required.
