Job summary

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) invites applications for an Associate, Risk & Controls Oversight in Warsaw. The role supports product lifecycle oversight, delegated portfolio manager oversight, and reporting to strengthen governance as ICG expands its private strategies.

You will interact with cross‑functional teams across London, Luxembourg and Poland and help integrate ESG considerations. The ideal candidate has strong risk, compliance or governance experience within asset management,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject; postgraduate degree is a plus.
• Experience in asset management or related fields such as risk, compliance, or fund governance.
• Exposure to delegated portfolio manager oversight and fund governance is advantageous.
• Experience with EU-regulated environments (AIFMD, CSSF) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate New Product Approvals submissions to governing bodies.
• Track post-NPA activities and formal sign-off requirements.
• Maintain ongoing oversight of AIFM products throughout their lifecycle.
• Support governance of material fund changes, restructurings and liquidations.
• Support ESG and sustainability integration across processes.
• Perform due diligence of delegated portfolio managers.
• Maintain portfolio manager oversight schedules and monitoring templates.
• Contribute to simplification and continuous improvement of governance records.
• Identify opportunities to use AI-enabled tools within governance controls.
