Job summary

Intermediate Capital Group seeks an Associate in Warsaw to manage cross-border fund registrations and advise on marketing requirements. You will coordinate with Fund Legal, Client Relations and external counsel to ensure compliance across Europe and Asia, including complex regulatory regimes.

You will analyse distribution rules, complete filings, perform due diligence on distributors, and support governance processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to analyse complex requirements and translate into practical guidance.
• Excellent command of professional English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-border fund registrations and related filings for EU- and US-managed funds across Europe and Asia.
• Analyse distribution rules and provide clear guidance on registration, licensing and routes to market.
• Coordinate marketing registrations with Fund Legal, Client Relations, external counsel and governance forums.
• Assist in due diligence and oversight of distributors and marketing counterparties.
• Contribute to process improvements across Fund Registration and Distribution Oversight.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting fund distribution and support required changes.
