Job summary

ICG FMC Limited is seeking an Associate in Warsaw to support risk and controls oversight for new funds and product initiatives. You will work with global teams on governance, reporting, and lifecycle management, including ESG integration and due diligence of delegated managers.

Reporting to the Head of Risk and Controls, the role involves coordinating with Product Development, Fund Legal, Operations, and Compliance across Europe and possibly the US.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law or Risk Management.
• Experience in asset management or financial services including risk/ product governance.
• Exposure to alternative investments and familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate New Product Approvals submissions to governing bodies.
• Track post-NPA activities and sign-off requirements.
• Oversee lifecycle of AIFM products and reporting to governance bodies.
• Support governance of fund changes and liquidations with key stakeholders.
• Integrate ESG and sustainability considerations into processes.
