Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland invites an Associate Director to lead the Commercial Finance and Revenue Models across complex engagements, ensuring IFRS-compliant revenue recognition and alignment with commercial objectives. The role bridges policy and execution, shaping frameworks for multi-country and Managed Services deals.

You will drive scalable revenue models, implement system configurations, and enable regional teams with playbooks and best practices while partnering with Sales,

Qualifications

• Experience advising large, complex deals on revenue recognition (IFRS and EY policies) and margin.
• Translate accounting policy into operational processes and system configurations (Mercury/SAP).
• Strong understanding of pricing models, margin modelling, fee sharing, and deal structures.
• Ability to analyse complex financial scenarios and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading teams across global and GDS environments.
• Strong communication and influencing skills at senior stakeholder level.

Responsibilities

• Deal structuring and advisory with region Finance colleagues and cross-functional teams.
• Systems and implementation: translate pricing and contracts into Mercury/SAP configurations.
• Develop scalable playbooks, frameworks, and best practices; train regional finance and GDS teams.
• Lead evolution toward output-, outcome-, and value-based revenue models with clear metrics.
• Stakeholder management and influence: act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Understand current rate-based model and its impact on revenue, margin, and delivery economics.
• Lead annual NSR and cost rate review to drive global consistency and governance.
• Embed a rate governance framework for multi-country and Managed Services engagements.
