Job summary

EY GDS invites applications for the FP&A Supervising Associate role in Katowice. The position follows a hybrid model (2 days in office / 3 days remote) and focuses on financial planning, analysis and reporting to support senior finance leaders and business stakeholders.

You will partner with finance leadership, deliver monthly performance reviews and help design data-driven reporting solutions using SQL, Power BI and Advanced Excel. Strong written and spoken English is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate and/or professional certification in a business-related subject matter (i.e. Accounting, Finance).
• 4+ years of relevant finance/ business analysis experience with at least 3 years supervising, analytical, forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and forecasting processes and ensure timely delivery of planning cycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Work with data scientists and data engineers to co-create data-driven solutions.
• Perform ad-hoc data-driven analyses to answer business questions using diverse data sources.
• Deliver monthly performance reviews with insights, financial analysis and commentary.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and respond to leadership requests; design and deliver insights.
