Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an Associate Director for the Global FP&A Account Support team, focused on complex revenue recognition across multi-country engagements. You will bridge accounting policy with practical frameworks, influencing pricing, deal structuring and system configurations in Mercury and SAP.

Qualifications

• Experience advising large, complex deals on revenue recognition under IFRS and EY policies.
• Ability to translate accounting policy into operational processes and system configurations (Mercury/SAP).
• Strong understanding of pricing models, margin modelling and deal structures.

Responsibilities

• Advise on revenue recognition scenarios across complex contracts and multi-country engagements.
• Translate pricing and contract structures into system configurations for Mercury and SAP.
• Develop scalable playbooks, frameworks and enable regional finance and GDS teams.
• Lead evolution toward value-based revenue models with defined metrics and triggers.
• Influence senior stakeholders with clear financial insights to support deal pursuits.
