Job summary

Beratung, based in the GBS Center in Warsaw, seeks a financially oriented Business Performance Manager to drive RTN’s financial framework and partner with global leadership. You will coordinate budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, while leading a team of coordinators and delivering KPI dashboards for strategic decision making.

You will interact with finance, operations and regional teams to roll out standardized processes and ensure accurate financial reporting across geographies.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or related field.
• Experience managing annual budgeting and financial forecasts.
• Proven FP&A experience with accounts payable/receivable and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Oversee annual financial planning and budgeting process.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and act as escalation point on financial processes.
• Develop analytics and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
