Beratung in Warsaw is seeking a Business Performance Manager to lead RTN's financial framework and partner with global leadership. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while coordinating across geography with finance teams and internal Beratung functions.

You will build analytical capabilities, develop KPI dashboards, and drive data‑backed decisions to support transformation initiatives. This role is based in the Bain GBS Center in Warsaw.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in managing the annual budgeting process and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive experience in finance departments handling business performance / FP&A activities.
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and forecast performance.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Aufgaben

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Oversee annual financial planning and budgeting process.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and serve as escalation point for financial processes.
• Develop analytical capabilities and KPI dashboards for data‑driven decisions.
