Job summary

Beratung, a leading international management consultancy, Warsaw-based, seeks a Business Performance Manager to drive RTN’s financial framework and coordinate with global leadership. You will oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics, managing a team of financial coordinators and collaborating with cross-geography stakeholders.

Qualifications

University degree in finance, economy, business administration or other related field.
Experience in managing the annual budgeting process and developing financial forecasts.
Extensive FP&A experience (accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition).
Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and analyze data for trends.

Responsibilities

Own RTN’s business performance framework.
Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
Oversee annual financial planning and budgeting process.
Lead a team of financial coordinators and escalate financial process issues.
Develop dashboards and analytics for RTN leadership to enable data-driven decisions.
