Job summary

Bielsko is seeking a Finance Business Partner / FP&A specialist (Mid / Senior) to join our growing finance function in Poland. You will partner with Finance Directors and business leaders, translate strategic goals into operational requirements, and drive performance through data-driven recommendations.

The role covers governance, reporting, process improvements, and collaboration with global functions. Travel up to 25% is expected; fluency in English (C1) is required, with a university degree

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance including exposure to business partnering, performance management, controlling, FP&A or finance operations.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Knowledge English at a minimum C1 level.
• Strong ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Finance Directors, Business Leaders and other key stakeholders across the region.
• Act as a strategic partner, translating business expectations into clear operational requirements for FSSC teams.
• Identify opportunities for value creation, operational excellence and service improvement.
• Provide recommendations based on financial and operational performance trends.
• Own the governance, monitoring and reporting of FSSC performance metrics.
• Analyze performance gaps and support improvement actions.
• Support finance transitions, migrations, process standardization and transformation initiatives.
• Promote best practices, automation and digital solutions.
• Lead or support workshops on process optimization and customer experience.
• Collaborate with local and global functions to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Support compliance with policies, controls and audit requirements.
