Job summary

• Degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
• Proven budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Extensive FP&A experience: accounting, revenue recognition, etc.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Lead annual budgeting, planning and forecasting cycles.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators; serve as escalation point for financial processes.
• Develop analytics for RTN with dashboards and data-driven insights.
