Job summary

ABB in Kraków seeks an experienced FP&A professional to analyze financial results, support planning, and drive profitability. You will coordinate weekly to annual management reports and collaborate with units across countries to resolve inconsistencies.

The role reports to the CoE Team Lead and is part of a dynamic Finance team within the CSE region. We value strong analytical skills, experience with SAP FI/CO, Power BI, and Excel, and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.

Qualifications

4+ years in FP&A, financial controlling, and management reporting.
Experience with month-end closing and project profitability analysis.
Strong communication across stakeholders in a multinational setup.
Proficiency with SAP FI/CO, Power BI, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial results and coordinate weekly to annual management reports.
Collaborate with reporting units and countries to resolve inconsistencies in reporting.
Support FP&A initiatives and budgeting processes.
Lead Monthly Evaluation & Closing (MEC) cycle including accruals and provisions.
Prepare month-end results analysis for projects and assist invoicing and profitability reviews.
Drive cost-saving initiatives to protect and increase profitability.
