Job summary

Beratung, a top international management consultancy, is seeking a Business Performance Manager based in the Warsaw GBS Center. You will join the global RTN Finance team, collaborating with leadership and regional operations to drive the transformation and ensure robust financial governance.

You will own the RTN business performance framework, oversee monthly and annual accounting, budgeting, and forecasting, lead a team of financial coordinators, and build advanced analytical capabilities like

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and annual planning.
• Extensive FP&A experience including accounts payable/receivable and revenue recognition.
• Ability to build complex financial models and analyze data to identify trends.
• Experience leading a team and engaging senior stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and act as an escalation point for all financial process matters.
• Develop best-in-class analytical capabilities for RTN, arming RTN leadership and regional operations with business performance data.
