Job summary

Beratung, an international management consultancy, leads RTN’s Business Performance initiatives from its Warsaw centre, driving the financial performance framework and coordinating with global finance partners to enable data-driven decisions.

Based in the GBS Center in Warsaw, the role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and monthly accounting, while guiding a team of financial coordinators and delivering KPI dashboards to leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or other related field.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and act as an escalation point for all financial process matters.
• Develop analytical capabilities for RTN with data-backed decisions (e.g., KPI dashboards).
