Beratung is a top international management consultancy with a Global Business Services Center in Warsaw. The Business Performance Manager role anchors RTN’s financial framework, partnering with global leadership to drive strategy and performance through robust budgeting, forecasting and analytics.

Based in the Bain GBS Center in Warsaw, you will lead a team of financial coordinators, coordinate with finance and regional operations, and deliver data-driven insights such as dashboards and pricing

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economics or business administration.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and FP&A activities.
• Ability to build and manage financial models and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Oversee monthly and annual financial accounting incl. cost and revenue recognition.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and coordinate with senior stakeholders.
• Develop analytics for leadership with data-driven insights (pricing engine, KPI dashboards).
