Job summary

Mars Global Services (MGS) Finance team in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Global R2R Fixed Assets Lead to own end-to-end Fixed Asset operations and drive process excellence.

You will manage period-end closing, ensure internal controls, and partner with global teams to deliver timely financial insights while supporting finance transformation initiatives in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
• 1-2+ years in a similar SSC/BPO role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery excellence for Fixed Asset transactions and monitor KPIs.
• Act as SME on Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Fixed Asset transactions.
• Organize and manage the period-end closing timetable (monthly, quarterly, year-end).
• Maintain an adequate internal control environment and identify risks.
• Review work and seek simplifications and standardization to improve effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units and finance teams to deliver timely insights.
• Collaborate with OE Controllers and Global Process Owner to execute strategic goals.
• Drive standardization by sharing best practices and implementing global fixed asset processes.
