Job summary

Maersk is seeking a detail-oriented FINOPS coordinator to join its global finance and logistics teams. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage rate processes, service charges, and AR/AP follow-up, while upholding corporate SOPs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field, one year in an MNC, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• 1 year experience or 6 months internship at an MNC is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Power BI and automation applications is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate FINOPS tasks: rate management, service to charge consolidation, AR/AP follow up.
• Ensure all FINOPS activities comply with SOP/IOP.
• Own and resolve customer/carrier issues promptly and responsibly.
• Monitor and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve FINOPS KPIs.
• Identify improvements in ways of working and drive service delivery excellence.
• Assist with other tasks/projects as directed by leaders.
