Job summary

Goldman Recruitment is seeking a Senior Finance Professional to participate in monthly closing, ensure accuracy, and support analysis across markets. You will maintain Balance Sheet reconciliations and collaborate with cross-border finance teams.

The role requires a degree in Finance or Economics, 5+ years in accounting or R2R, strong Excel and SAP skills, and fluent English. Hybrid work model with growth in a global SSC environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in Accounting/GL/R2R/Controlling or similar finance role.
• Experience in international environment or SSC supporting multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with VAT, CIT and statutory reporting.
• Advanced Excel; SAP or other ERP experience.
• Fluent English in written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partake in monthly closing process ensuring complete, accurate financials delivered on time.
• Support preparation and analysis of monthly results and investigate significant variances.
• Support Balance Sheet reconciliations with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with finance/business teams across markets.
• Coordinate local tax and reporting activities including VAT and CIT with external advisors.
• Assist in statutory financial statements preparation and audits.
• Contribute to improving accounting processes and controls.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with Business Control team.
• Participate in R2R projects focused on harmonization and optimization.
• Identify opportunities to automate and digitalize finance processes.
• Support implementation of new finance tools and solutions.
