Job summary

Bauer Media Group is seeking a Global Process Lead (Interim) to support the Global Process Owner in governance, coordination, and continuous improvement of the SAP S/4HANA Golden Template R2R process. You will drive process performance, manage change requests, and ensure cross-functional alignment across markets within the Finance Transformation & Excellence Team.

Qualifications

Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Informatics or comparable discipline.
Several years of professional experience in Finance and/or IT.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP FI; familiarity with SAP BOFC/S4HANA Group Reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day governance of the global R2R process and ensure adherence to Golden Template and standards.
Coordinate change requests and CAB processes; prepare assessments and approvals.
Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements, including automation initiatives.
Act as primary day-to-day contact for R2R stakeholders across markets and functions.
Collaborate with GPO to align global standards with local business needs.
