Job summary

Takeda in Lodz, Poland, is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, Global Finance CoE, to establish and run a centralized FP&A organization based primarily in Poland. Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or related field
• Demonstrated experience building and leading global teams
• Proven track record through periods of organizational change
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis
• Experience standardizing and scaling FP&A processes
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights
• Continuous improvement mindset with focus on cost efficiency
• Interest in leveraging digital, automation and AI in finance

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment and delivery of centralized FP&A within Global Finance CoE based in Poland
• Build and lead a high-performing team of approx. 20–25 FTE initially, scaling to ~60 FTE by mid-2028
• Establish scalable FP&A processes, standards and ways of working
• Partner with executive leadership to deliver high-quality financial insights for decision-making and long-term planning
• Consolidate decentralized planning, reporting, and analytics into a global delivery model
• Drive continuous improvement in process effectiveness and cost efficiency
• Champion adoption of digital and AI tools to enhance FP&A capabilities
