Job summary

INSTANT IMPACT is representing a leading global financial services firm seeking an Accountant (External Finance) to manage accounting for a portfolio of international client entities in Poland. The role involves posting entries, preparing trials balances, and supporting monthly and quarterly management accounts within deadlines.

You will also assist with regulatory reporting and annual financial statements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics or Part-Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA.
• Circa 2 years' accounting experience in professional services, fund admin, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accounting records for international client entities.
• Reviewing and reconciling financial data from various sources for accuracy.
• Posting entries and assisting with trial balances and financial reports.
• Helping prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts.
• Assisting with regulatory and statutory reporting.
• Preparing annual financial statements and related documentation.
• Collaborating with colleagues across jurisdictions to ensure high service levels.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
