Job summary

Instant Impact is seeking a Junior Client Accountant in Poland to join a high-performing team supporting a global client base with internationally registered entities. This role offers exposure to complex, cross-border structures while working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a transactional finance role and will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining books for client entities, and supporting financial processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in a transactional finance role, preferably in financial services or advisory.
• Strong understanding of core accounting processes and controls.
• Strong Excel skills including lookups and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day transactional accounting tasks including journal postings and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate books and records for client entities.
• Support accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with financial data collation for reporting requirements.
• Liaise with clients for documentation and data queries.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
