Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Feasibility Manager to drive country/site strategy, enrolment projections, and patient recruitment tactics within Global Study Start-Up and Site Intelligence. You will validate data sources and support ACEs and BD teams while contributing to winning new business.

The role requires 5+ years in drug development or clinical research, strong data analytics, and excellent communication in English. Some travel and ongoing trainings are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required.
• Masters or Ph.D. in Healthcare or Biological Science preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research.
• Analytical experience with large datasets is required.
• Some travel for BD meetings attendance (15-20%) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to proposals and business development to help build project assumptions, budget, and timelines.
• Identify regions where the disease is prominent to create an initial country pool.
• Identify incidence and prevalence of the disease.
• Analyze competing clinical trial landscape to assess feasibility and identify enrollment barriers.
• Access databases to determine similar patient populations or therapeutic classes under investigation.
• Determine whether proposed countries have comparator drug access/reimbursement; present tabular displays for evaluation.
• Represent Allucent’s global or regional expertise by presenting our study footprint in the indication when needed.
• Present and explain feasibility analysis to BD/Clients, including process, recommendations and rationale.
• Maintain internal libraries and databases related to feasibility.
• Ensure Feasibility interfaces with ACEs and Business Development teams.
• Maintain current knowledge of guidelines and technologies for this capacity.
• Some travel for BD meetings attendance (15-20%) may be required.
