Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Feasibility Associate/Feasibility Manager to join our European team. This role can be fully remote across UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia or Slovakia, with the final title determined by experience.

You will deliver evidence-based feasibility assessments for pre- and post-award engagements, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and present findings to clients, helping strengthen feasibility capabilities and our competitive position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least two years of feasibility or clinical operations experience.
• Ability to interpret clinical and epidemiological data.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience identifying country/site feasibility and recruitment nuances.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to feasibility assessments for client RFPs.
• Review protocols, study assumptions, and operational plans for trials.
• Synthesize landscape analyses including country, site, and recruitment data.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather feasibility information.
