Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to partner with sponsors across the UK, Poland, Spain or US on pre-award feasibility for multiple indications. You will independently manage RFPs, liaise with sponsors and internal teams, and help shape study site strategy.

Ideal candidates have a science background, strong data presentation skills, and experience in CRO/pharma environments. Travel flexibility and excellent English are required to deliver actionable insights and metrics to

Qualifications

BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
Experience working independently in a virtual and team environment.
Ability to present complex scientific and clinical data and analyses.
Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles, standards and practices.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Works independently with minimal oversight on RFPs and paid feasibility objectives.
Manages multiple assignments across various therapeutic areas.
Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies knowledge to moderately complex activities.
Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines.
Supports development of metrics to measure feasibility impact and site identification activities.
Maintains comprehensive records and data in internal libraries.
Reviews literature and uses internal tools to provide background information.
Prepares materials for bid defenses and meetings under supervision.
