Job summary

Banking Circle is seeking a Senior FATCA/CRS Reporting Specialist in Warsaw to own end-to-end tax transparency reporting. You will validate and file FATCA/CRS returns across multiple jurisdictions, including CARF, and support related tax reporting obligations.

The role demands expertise in data quality, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination. You will work within a hybrid model, ensuring timely submissions while driving process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services or banking, regulatory reporting experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of FATCA/CRS, OECD schemas, and intergovernmental agreements.
• Ability to manage end-to-end reporting cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce, validate, and file FATCA/CRS returns for all entities within deadlines.
• Support CARF reporting and translate OECD requirements into processes.
• Handle DAC6, CESOP, Modelo 196, and other country-specific returns.
• Ensure data quality, validate TINs/ residencies, and resolve authority rejections.
• Oversee classification, self-certification, and remediation of accounts.
• Enhance controls framework and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with authorities, advisors, and software vendors to resolve issues.
• Document policies, procedures, and ensure version control.
