Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Facility Management Category Manager to lead sourcing strategies for facility services across our international portfolio of manufacturing sites, offices, and warehouses.

You will collaborate with Real Estate, Facility Management, HSE, Finance and global procurement teams to optimize service delivery, strengthen supplier performance and ensure continuity while delivering sustainable value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of strategic sourcing or category management experience.
Proven experience leading complex facility service categories across multiple sites/countries.
Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement global category strategy for hard and soft FM.
Lead Integrated Facility Management sourcing, drive cost efficiencies and supplier relations.
Analyze spend, demand, supplier markets, cost drivers and risks.
Lead multi-country sourcing initiatives from market engagement to negotiation and implementation.
Manage supplier performance through scorecards, reviews and improvement plans.
Establish commercial models, SLAs, KPIs and continuous-improvement commitments.
