Job summary

Covetrus is seeking an experienced Export Manager to drive international growth across Central Eastern Europe. You will own the commercial development of assigned markets, work closely with distributors, customers, Product Management, Marketing, and colleagues across the global organization.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to strengthen the Covetrus brand, identify new business opportunities, and drive sustainable sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in international B2B export sales, preferably in veterinary/healthcare
• Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
• Experience managing budgets, pipelines and forecasting
• Structured, data-driven sales planning approach
• Analytical skills and comfort with sales data
• Advanced Excel and IT skills
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Central Eastern Europe.
• Build and strengthen distributor and customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Drive profitable sales growth while managing budgets and performance.
• Collaborate on local marketing and product management initiatives.
• Position products effectively in competitive markets; track trends and forecasts.
• Manage KOL relationships and educational activities.
• Represent Covetrus at meetings, events, and exhibitions.
• Travel approximately 90 days per year.
