Job summary

Imperial Brands in Warsaw is seeking a Voyager Export Logistics Manager to own end-to-end export logistics integrity across USA-Morocco duty drawback flows, ensuring compliant documentation and audit-ready records.

You will translate supply chain plans into reliable execution, collaborate with global partners, and mitigate risks to keep shipments aligned with service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong export logistics, international transport and customs-operations expertise.
• Proven ability to run logistics controls, exception management and escalation routines.
• Clear understanding of export documentation, proof-of-export and audit-ready records.
• Confident stakeholder management across Global Supply Chain, logistics partners and on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Own export execution integrity for international flows with compliant docs.
• Run the logistics control framework across checkpoints and escalations.
• Coordinate with Global Supply Chain, freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PLs.
• Manage logistics exceptions, risks and constraints, driving mitigation.
• Optimize logistics cost-to-serve while preserving duty drawback value.
• Provide decision-ready performance reporting and governance inputs.
